Silly Moo Cider is an unusually civilised farmhouse cider made on a family-run farm in Sussex. Andrew and his daughter Rachel cold ferment their pressed apples over winter and then filter for an intensely fresh apple flavour. The recipe for their slightly sparkling cider is pure and simple; 100% fresh apple juice.
They harvest apples from their own orchard and collect local apples at their annual apple swap. After pressing, they feed their cattle the leftover apple pomace, which they get very excited about – hence the name..!
