Wimbledon Wagyu Burgers Pack of 10 x 4oz burgers
Wimbledon Wagyu Burgers are the result of a collaboration between the brewery and Trenchmore Farm in Cowfold, Sussex. They have a herd of slow grown, grass-fed, Red Sussex crossed with Red Wagyu beef cattle. During lockdown, we had beer that was brewed for the pubs but could not be delivered as the pubs were closed. Some of this beer was taken down to the farm, mixed with spent grains from the brewing process and fed to the cattle. An undoubted treat for the herd!
The end result is the beefiest, succulent burger you will have tasted. The soft fats running through the meat make Wagyu the world’s finest beef. These luxury burgers are pure and natural ground beef, just lightly seasoned. Whether the beer we share with the cows makes the burger taste better only you can decide, but it certainly makes the cows happy.
